Celebrating 50 years of the Credit Union in Killorglin.
In 1969 a study group was formed in Killorglin with a view to establishing a credit union to serve the financial needs of local people. 50 years later and after much growth they are celebrating with an open day in the Cara Credit Union office on Mill Road.
Helen Geary, Branch Manager of Cara Credit Union in Killorglin said “ We are very grateful to our members in the Killorglin area, their continued support allows Cara Credit Union to grow from strength to strength. We would love to see you all this Friday, July 19th as together we celebrate 50 years”
